Grade 3 through 6: Two hours
Missing underwater for over 70 years, the Ghost of Charron Lake has recently been recovered and proves to be a valuable lesson in Canadian aviation history. Students will become archaeological ghost-busters by finding, excavating and preserving plane components.
We take students on the adventure of finding and recovering things lost to the ages. Students learn about the history of this historic aircraft and get to do an excavation dig as we look to recover our own plane.
Students learn about Canadian history, archaeology and flight.
To book a tour, call 786-0730 or email our Program Coordinator.
